Although many consider Montreal to be a haven for artists and a unique place in Canada for the importance many here place on culture, Montreal is also a place where one has to permanently remain vigilant against the repeated and ubiquitous assaults of bad taste and bad design.
In the course of the next three weeks I will document and comment, what I consider to be the most striking and outrageous affronts to Taste and Design.
I will not attempt to define what I mean by Taste or Design, since the examples I will put forth speak for themselves as to what these two concepts are not.
